Simple Chicken Recipe

This particular post might be literally off topic and off my usual writing style, but here goes something new. Over the past 6 months I've been by myself, literally and have found a new love - cooking. There's so much in it, that it is more often than not overlooked, and cooking has always been stereotyped to be a female's role, and in my perspective it is a life skill that everyone should know. So here I am to help all those in need with a simple chicken recipe. Believe it or not chicken is one of the most easiest dishes to cook. Things you'll need - Chicken breasts / fillet , salt, chili powder, garam masala, tomato ketchup and soy sauce and any cooking oil of your choice.

First slice the cleaned chicken into bite sized thin strips, coat the pan with some cooking oil and wait for it to get hot, once the oil is hot enough gently place the chicken and you'll notice it will start releasing all the fat. Add enough salt and mix it properly and you'll notice it'll release moisture. Once the chicken has been cooked, add chili powder to your liking and proportional amounts of garam masala and sautรฉ it until the masala has been completely coated. Once the chicken seems dry, add 1:2 ratio of Soy sauce and tomato ketchup, approximately 1-2 tbsp should work. Mix thoroughly and enjoy it in the cold weather. Since I didn't take a picture of that here's a picture of another chicken recipe that I discovered ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
